Through my extensive work with intellectual property I have gained the advantage of having found out how careful you have to be about developing a new concept or design. How thorough the experiments, technical research and specifications must be done to assure a sound patent position. How easy it is to make mistakes that weaken the intellectual property position. How easy it is for the competitors to write overlapping intellectual property.
I know what it means to understand intellectual property strategy. Therefore when I see how competing intellectual property is being developed, I can see when a problem is evolving and I can see how to counteract the direction of the intellectual property. Many technologies are not fully understood, the work necessary has not been done, the search engines available cannot locate all relevant prior art and the patent office does not have enough time to do the checks necessary to assure an even technology playing field.

Intellectual Property Experience
In addition to the patents that I have been granted, as CTO of Reflexite Corporation, I coordinated the company intellectual property strategy including all of the work on patents received by inventors at Reflexite Corporation for the past 12 years and all of the work on the company trademarks and trade secrets.
